Overview

In this role you plan and engineer heating, cooling, and ventilation systems for pharmaceutical projects, ensuring compliance with GMP and international standards. You act as the main contact for HVAC topics, coordinating with clients, project participants, and contractors. You will develop planning documents, participate in design reviews, and manage procurement and site coordination to deliver compliant, on-schedule installations. This role offers the chance to shape critical pharma infrastructure and work across cross-functional teams in a global context.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Plan and design HVAC systems with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry
• Ensure compliance with GMP, norms, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Create planning documents and participate in 3D model and design reviews
• Estimate costs and conduct price comparisons
• Negotiate with suppliers/contractors and coordinate external partners
• Coordinate and monitor schedules, costs, and quality during construction

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Completed studies in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services
• Relevant experience in HVAC planning within a project environment
• Nice-to-have: experience in clean room technology planning for pharma projects
• Knowledge of German engineering requirements (norms, standards, VOB)
• Competence in MS-Office, CAD and calculation software
• Structured, engineering mindset with strong teamwork and communication
• Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)
