Overview
In this role you drive the development and quality of integrated project schedules across the full project lifecycle. You collaborate with cross‑functional teams to shape planning standards and mentor colleagues, continuously improving scheduling processes. You operate as a subject‑matter expert to influence schedule outcomes and project risk management. This position offers an opportunity to impact complex plant projects and work on-site when needed.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop and maintain detailed, resource-loaded project schedules using Primavera P6
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, designers and other stakeholders to gather project requirements
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions
- Conduct schedule analyses (critical path, earned value) and prepare performance reports
- Contribute to risk management by identifying time-critical factors early on
- Drive the continuous improvement of internal scheduling processes and standards
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in Engineering
- Several years of experience in project scheduling, ideally in plant construction / semiconductor environment
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Office tools
- Fluent in German and proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Structured, independent working style with strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel and work on-site for extended periods
