Overview
As Lead Engineer Civil/Structural, you drive the design and execution of civil and structural work across projects in our Biopharma and Life Science unit. You will lead technical delivery, coordinate interfaces and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, budget, and deadlines. This role sits at the core of fast-track projects, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, Commissioning-ready solutions. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead civil and structural engineering across the project lifecycle
- Plan design, calculations, and installation execution for civil/structural works
- Prepare execution documents (drawings, descriptions, quantities) for procurement and clarify execution questions
- Manage budgets, quality, and schedule for assigned projects
- Support project management with schedule updates and planning
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure high execution quality with safety compliance
- Coordinate and control interfaces between trades

- Several years of experience leading Civil and Structural design for large-scale projects
- Technical knowledge from preliminary design to commissioning and handover
- Experience with fast-track project execution processes
- Local construction knowledge
- Excellent German and English language skills
