Overview
In this Lead Engineer role you will drive sanitary engineering projects spanning wastewater, stormwater, and gravity drainage systems, ensuring environmental impact is minimized through cross-disciplinary collaboration. You will plan gas supply installations and develop comprehensive planning documents while aligning with HOAI phases 1–9. You will create plant concepts, layouts, and performance specs, and ensure compliance with international norms and GMP. You will review contractor work and contribute to projects from conception to realization in a team-driven environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Work on wet sanitation systems (wastewater treatment, stormwater, gravity drainage) with environmental impact considerations and cross-disciplinary collaboration
- Plan natural gas supply and building distribution with municipal connections knowledge
- Prepare planning documents and services based on HOAI phases 1–9
- Develop and evaluate plant concepts, layouts, technical schedules, flow diagrams, site/location plans, and performance specs
- Ensure compliance with international norms, standards and GMP regulations
- Review and supplement contractor (NU) work and specifications (URS/others)
- Contribute to project management from conception to realization
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- NCEES Record recommended
- 7+ years in plumbing, wastewater, and stormwater engineering (gas utility experience a plus)
- Advanced Technology Facilities experience and strong Autodesk Building Systems Software knowledge
- General knowledge of quality control processes
- Strong teamwork and stakeholder relationship skills
- Fluent German and very good English
