Overview

As Manager Planning and Scheduling, you lead the setup and execution of planning controls for new projects, aligning with the Exyte Way. You will implement planning systems, onboard the planning team, and provide hands-on support to project teams during the critical early phase. You shape data-driven delivery and introduce new methodologies to meet contractual requirements and client expectations. This role offers impact across international teams and a chance to influence project success from the outset.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Support the project during initial setup and execution within the Project Control team
• Ensure best planning practices are implemented per corporate procedures in early project stages
• Implement and validate planning systems (P6 or MSP), TMS, and LPS to satisfy project requirements
• Configure planning systems to the standard WBS and data exchange with oneERP
• Introduce innovative methodologies to support planning delivery
• Deliver planning training to project teams
• Resolve on-site planning issues with flexibility

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree and/or professional training
• 15+ years of scheduling experience (preferred)
• 10+ years in commercial construction, especially for semiconductor plants, clean rooms, or tool installations
• Experience with engineering, procurement, and contractors
• Experience managing and coaching an international team
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and stakeholder-facing experience
• Fluent in English
