Overview

In this leadership role, you oversee large EPC data center projects to deliver safe, on-schedule, high-quality facilities within budget while upholding corporate standards. You act as the main liaison with clients and stakeholders, guiding project strategy and risk management from on-site leadership. Your work shapes the success of fast-growing data center programs and requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet strategic goals.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Oversee overall project performance across EHS, schedule, quality, financials, and construction for large EPC data center projects
• Serve as the top escalation point to client, contractors, and project team, before corporate management
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure stakeholder alignment
• Report project status to company management according to corporate procedures
• Maintain on-site presence and participate in client management reporting meetings
• Identify and mitigate project risks through a structured process
• Ensure adherence to corporate procedures, standards, and guidelines across project disciplines
• Define project strategies to achieve goals for external and internal stakeholders

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Degree in Engineering or related field
• Extensive EPC project management experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English
• Detailed knowledge of project execution and coordination
• Good communication and motivational skills
• Broad technical understanding of CSA (Civil Structural Architecture) and MEP systems
• PMI certification would be an advantage
