Overview

As a Project Procurement Lead you drive the end-to-end procurement for large-scale projects, shaping strategy and overseeing subcontracting. You lead strategic buyers and subcontracting managers to ensure timely delivery and compliant supplier performance within a multicultural, international team. You will solve complex supply chain challenges and play a pivotal role in project success. This role offers a high-impact, hands-on opportunity to contribute to Exyte’s engineering and construction initiatives.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Define the procurement strategy and create/maintain the project procurement plan across all packages
• Provide functional leadership to strategic buyers and subcontracting managers on the project
• Ensure overall supply chain performance, timely delivery of materials and services
• Manage timely payment of supplier invoices and oversee claim management
• Act as the central contact for all purchasing functions and represent them in the core project team

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Several years’ experience in procurement and project management in large-scale projects
• Proven experience in data centers, high-tech, or comparable complex construction environments
• Completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and strong communication skills
• Proficient in English and German (spoken and written)
• Flexibility and willingness to travel nationally, with on-site work depending on project phase
