Overview
In this role you design and optimize end-to-end Engineer-to-Order processes within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem, acting as a bridge between business and technical teams. You ensure scalable, template-aligned solutions and drive adoption across global entities. You will translate complex requirements into sustainable improvements while delivering reliable service in line with global IT and business strategy. This position offers impact on how E2O processes are implemented and scaled across the organization.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Ensure stable SAP S/4HANA operations for Engineering-to-Order aligned with SLAs and KPIs
- Lead end-to-end solution design across E2O with global template standards
- Drive onboarding and migration of acquired entities into SAP S/4HANA with minimal business disruption
- Govern external service providers and implementation partners ensuring delivery quality
- Ensure integration, master data readiness, and testing quality for deployments and enhancements
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years of SAP functional consulting experience with strong SAP S/4HANA E2O and project manufacturing processes (PS, PP, MM, SD, CO)
- Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, or transformation projects
- Strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing integrations with SolidWorks, EPLAN, ETAP, or Inventor
- Experience with SAP Fiori, workflow solutions, approval processes, and system integrations across SAP and connected applications
- Degree in IT, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field; SAP S/4HANA certification considered an advantage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management in international environments; fluent English; German a plus; willingness to travel
