Overview
In this role you lead PMCM across Continental and Northern Europe, shaping standards, governance and execution practices to deliver safe, predictable projects. You partner with Operations, HR and project leadership to forecast resources and build capability for current and future demand. You drive governance, risk and safety improvements while enhancing delivery reliability across portfolios in a matrix organization. This position offers strategic influence over organizational capability and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-growing, mission-critical sector.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead PMCM across Continental and Northern Europe, establishing standards, governance and delivery frameworks
- Own regional workforce planning input, including forecasting, identifying capability gaps and recruitment needs
- Improve delivery performance: consistency, predictability, execution discipline, safety, risk transparency and performance management
- Drive governance and compliance through processes, reporting, KPIs, escalation paths and project execution practices
- Build organizational capability via leadership development, competency frameworks, and scalable PMCM structures
- Promote operational excellence by translating lessons, analytics and best practices into standards and delivery improvements
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 15+ years in complex EPC/EPCM environments with sequencing, site coordination, project controls and delivery models
- Proven track record delivering large project portfolios with governance, safety and cost/schedule reliability improvements
- Strong background in leadership development, workforce planning, resource forecasting, succession planning and scalable PMCM structures
- Strong matrix leadership and stakeholder management across regions, functions and senior management
- Structured operational excellence mindset with ability to translate insights into transparency and decision-making
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage
- OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 and additional PM/CM or leadership certifications are advantageous
