Overview
In this role you will advance Lean Design and Lean Construction across international projects, driving implementation, training, and tool optimization. You’ll build high-performing teams and serve as the main Lean contact on projects, shaping production control and delivery methods. The position combines hands-on application, cross-functional collaboration, and change leadership to scale Lean practices globally.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Implement Lean Design and Lean Construction across all project phases using PPM, LPS, and Exyte standard software
- Train project teams and key users on Lean methods and tools
- Continuously improve standardized Lean tools in collaboration with stakeholders
- Drive transformation and development of high-performance teams through Lean principles
- Act as the primary point of contact for Lean Design and Construction topics on projects
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in engineering or project management
- Extensive expertise in Lean principles
- 10+ years of construction project experience with Lean delivery methodologies
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to facilitate workshops and trainings
- Hands-on mentality with motivation to drive sustainable improvements
- Willingness to travel up to five days per week to project sites
- Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
