Senior Expert Corporate Lean Management (m/f/d) in Ludwigsburg

Overview

In this role you drive the Lean philosophy across international projects by implementing Lean Design and Lean Construction methods. You will train teams, optimize standardized Lean tools, and lead the transformation of high-performance project teams. As the first point of contact for Lean topics, you enable production control and continuous improvements. The position combines hands-on coaching with strategic rollout to scale Lean practices across projects.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Implement Lean Design and Lean Construction across project phases using PPM, LPS, and Exyte software
• Train project teams and key users in Lean methods and tools
• Continuously improve standardized Lean tools in collaboration with stakeholders
• Drive transformation and development of high-performance Lean teams
• Act as the primary contact for Lean topics within projects

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Degree in engineering or project management
• Extensive expertise in Lean principles
• 10+ years of experience in construction projects and Lean delivery methodologies
• Strong facilitation and workshop/training skills
• Hands-on mentality with a drive for sustainable improvements
• Willingness to travel weekly to project sites (up to five days)
• Fluency in German and English
