Overview

In this role you will lead the implementation of Lean Design and Lean Construction across international projects, leveraging PPM, LPS, and Exyte software. You will train project teams and key users, while continuously refining Lean tools to boost efficiency. You will drive the transformation toward high‑performing, Lean‑minded project teams and serve as the primary Lean contact within projects. This is a hands‑on, globally connected role that shapes how Exyte delivers projects and scales Lean practices worldwide.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Implement Lean Design and Lean Construction across project phases using PPM, LPS, and Exyte software
• Train project teams and key users in Lean methods and tools
• Continuously improve standardized Lean tools in collaboration with stakeholders
• Drive transformation and development of high‑performance teams through Lean principles and production control
• Act as the first point of contact for Lean topics within projects

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Degree in engineering or project management
• Extensive expertise in Lean principles
• 10+ years of experience in construction projects and Lean project delivery methodologies
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to facilitate workshops and trainings
• Hands‑on mentality with motivation to drive sustainable improvements
• Willingness to travel weekly to project sites up to five days
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
