Overview
In this role you drive ERP change across a global SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will design and execute change and communication strategies to ensure adoption and sustainable outcomes, partnering with stakeholders at all levels. You’ll guide employees and leaders through organizational changes, providing knowledge and support to embrace new ways of working. This is a hands-on, global, cross-functional position with a clear impact on transformation success and stakeholder alignment.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with project objectives to drive adoption
- Lead global change initiatives across functions, units, regions, and cultures
- Identify and engage key stakeholders through structured management and leadership alignment
- Assess change impacts and define effective change, communication and engagement measures
- Enable employees and leaders to adopt changes through targeted coaching and support
- Develop and execute communication plans to ensure consistent stakeholder engagement
- Drive people enablement activities for SAP S/4HANA implementations including training strategy
- Monitor change readiness and measure effectiveness of activities
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5-10 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, or Business Transformation
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with influence across levels
- Proven ability to lead diverse, cross-functional, international teams
- Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in fast-paced, multicultural environments across regions and time zones
- Hands-on, proactive, results-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English; German language skills and Change Management certifications (Prosci, CCMP) are an advantage
