Overview
In this role you will own the SAP strategy and roadmap, ensuring close alignment with business priorities and transformation goals. You will lead the end-to-end SAP program, including S/4HANA modernization and cloud ecosystem governance, to drive standardized, reliable operations. You will provide functional leadership to SAP IT teams and manage key vendor relationships to optimize performance and costs. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Own and drive the SAP strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities and transformation objectives
- Ensure continuity of the end-to-end SAP program across implementation, rollout, and operations
- Lead and govern the global SAP (S/4HANA) template and SAP cloud ecosystem with standardization and controlled deviations
- Provide functional leadership to SAP IT teams and ensure alignment across domains and end-to-end processes
- Manage SAP licensing, vendor ecosystem, and strategic partners including performance, cost, and risk control
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 10+ years of experience leading global SAP S/4HANA landscapes, transformation initiatives, and rollout programs
- Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture, governance, template management, and integration landscapes
- Proven leadership in matrix organizations with strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
- Solid knowledge of IT governance, compliance, security, audit requirements, and end-to-end traceability
- Experience in vendor, service, and contract management (SAP, AMS) including budget ownership and cost optimization
- University degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
- SAP and project management certifications preferred; fluent English; German is a strong advantage
