Overview
In this role, you drive Lean philosophy across international projects, implementing Lean Design and Lean Construction using PPM, LPS, and Exyte software. You will train teams, optimize Lean tools, and lead the transformation of project teams into high-performance units. As the first point of contact for Lean topics, you enable sustainable production control and cross-site collaboration. This position offers shaping Lean adoption at scale and an opportunity to influence project delivery on a global stage.

- Implement Lean Design and Lean Construction across project phases using PPM, LPS, and Exyte software
- Train project teams and key users on Lean methods, tools, and software
- Continuously improve standardized Lean tools in collaboration with stakeholders
- Lead transformation of teams to adopt Lean principles and production control
- Act as first point of contact for Lean Design and Construction topics within projects
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in engineering or project management
- Extensive expertise in Lean principles
- 10+ years in construction projects and Lean project delivery
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to facilitate workshops and trainings
- Hands-on mentality with motivation to drive sustainable improvements
- Willingness to travel weekly to project sites (up to five days)
