Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) in Ludwigsburg

Overview

In this role you will take overall technical and commercial responsibility for national and international biopharma and life-sciences projects. You will shepherd projects from feasibility through concept, design, and detailed engineering to commissioning and qualification. You’ll coordinate interdisciplinary planning teams and align internal departments to meet time, cost, and quality goals. This position offers the chance to shape complex production facilities and lab buildings within a supportive Exyte environment, with a clear impact on safety, compliance, and delivery success.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Manage planning, implementation and completion of biopharma and life-sciences projects
• Shape early project phases (Feasibility, Concept Design, Basic Design) with technical and economic input
• Own cost, time and quality targets for projects
• Overall Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) responsibility and related topics
• Internal and external project reporting
• Coordinate and lead Exyte project teams during planning and execution
• Manage and coordinate external partners and suppliers
• Risk management for the project
• Participate in contract award negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Completed degree in industrial engineering, civil engineering, architecture, building services engineering or clean room technology
• Several years of professional experience in planning and implementation of EPC investment projects, ideally within biopharma
• Fluent German and English
• Willingness and ability to travel and stay on site
• Independent, service-oriented work style with good communication skills
