Overview
In this role you will steer financial performance for the Exyte Sales organization within a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will translate data into actionable insights, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve profitability and governance. You’ll own management reporting, planning support, and advanced analytics to enable informed decisions. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Prepare monthly management reporting (financial statements, pipeline reports, KPI dashboards) using Tagetik, SAP, Salesforce and BI tools
- Support data extraction, validation, and quality assurance to enhance transparency and data reliability
- Analyze performance, cost structures and variances across projects and business lines
- Assist planning and forecasting cycles including budgets and strategic plans
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely submission of planning inputs
- Improve controlling processes, reduce manual effort, and optimize data flows
- Support automation initiatives and the implementation of new tools
- Deliver ad-hoc analyses and reporting for senior management and Global Sales
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in international industrial companies
- Strong MS Office skills, including Power BI and Copilot
- Experience with reporting tools (Tagetik, Lucanet, Hyperion or similar)
- Knowledge of SAP FI/CO is a strong plus
- Business fluent English (C-level proficiency)
