Overview
In this role you drive the Lean philosophy across international projects by supporting Lean Design and Lean Construction methods. You collaborate with project teams to apply PPM, LPS, and Exyte software while training key users. You contribute to continuous improvement of Lean tools and help build high-performance teams with a hands-on, outcome-focused approach. Regular project-site travel enables you to directly implement production control and Lean practices, shaping efficient project delivery.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Support Lean Design and Lean Construction implementation across project phases using PPM, LPS, and Exyte software
- Contribute to training of project teams and key users on Lean methods, tools, and software
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of standardized Lean tools in collaboration with stakeholders
- Support transformation of teams by fostering enthusiasm for Lean principles and production control
- Travel to project sites weekly to assist and train teams in Lean principles and production control
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in engineering or project management
- Understanding of Lean principles and experience in Lean project delivery methodologies
- First experience in construction projects
- Strong interpersonal skills and capability to facilitate workshops and trainings
- Hands-on mentality and motivation to drive sustainable improvements
