Overview
In this role you supervise electrical installations on high-tech EPC projects in semiconductor and battery sectors. You manage on-site subcontractors and ensure compliant integration of electrical systems across MV/LV and control technology. You maintain progress documentation, monitor site activities, and uphold EHS standards. You participate in inspections and meetings, track defects, and collaborate with site management. This position offers cross-border travel and a chance to shape complex plant projects at Exyte.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Construction management of high-tech industrial projects with a focus on electrical engineering
- Ensure standard-compliant installation and integration of electrical systems (MV/LV, power distribution, control tech)
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and maintain an overview of site progress
- Review and approve technical documents such as cable plans, circuit diagrams, and test reports
- Document construction progress and report to site management
- Ensure compliance with EHS regulations
- Participate in site inspections, acceptance and coordination meetings
- Record and track defects
- Take measurements and verify subcontractor submissions
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Completed apprenticeship in construction engineering or engineering degree in electrical/building services engineering or comparable
- First professional experience in construction supervision or execution of electrical engineering projects
- Knowledge of building laws, local regulations and standards is an advantage
- Willingness to travel within the D-A-CH region and stay on-site for 5 days
- Strong intercultural skills and team spirit; independent working style
- Very good written and spoken German; very good English
