Overview
In this leadership role you shape Exentec’s strategic direction and value creation, aligning priorities with the Exyte Group. You drive a 3–5 year roadmap and governance, translating strategy into actionable programs and measurable outcomes. You will partner with Exentec Management, business lines, and senior stakeholders to enable sustainable growth and profitability across a global, ambitious organization. This is an opportunity to lead strategic initiatives at scale, influence group alignment, and contribute to transformative plans within high-tech industries.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Define and drive Exentec’s strategic direction, roadmap, and long-term growth priorities
- Lead strategic planning and execution, creating governance, financial plans, targets, and performance metrics
- Provide strategic insights through market, client, competitor, portfolio, and scenario analyses; advise senior management
- Build cross-functional alignment by leading the business analytics team and coordinating with Exentec Management, Exyte Strategy & M&A, and stakeholders
- Shape strategic communications and ensure consistent strategy translation across the business with Marketing & Communications
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Master’s degree and/or MBA
- 10+ years in business consulting and in-house industrial strategy roles
- proven experience in strategic planning and execution within large, international organizations
- leadership experience in a corporate strategy function
- industry background in manufacturing and construction-related services; exposure to semiconductors, batteries, biotech & life sciences, data centers; M&A/integration experience is a plus
- fluency in English; other languages advantageous
