Overview
In this role, you will shape Exyte’s global insurance strategy and manage cross-border programs to protect the organization. You will lead risk-based insurance planning, coordinate claims and relationships with brokers, and ensure compliant coverage for large projects. Your work supports business development and M&A activities, driving cost-effective risk management. This is a hands-on, globally scoped position that combines strategy, negotiation, and execution to safeguard continued growth.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop and implement risk-adequate insurance strategies and group-wide policies across all lines
- Manage and administer the global insurance program, including budgeting and cost allocation
- Coordinate global insurance claims and manage relationships with external brokers, including tenders
- Create tailored insurance concepts for Gigaprojects ensuring coverage at competitive cost
- Review and negotiate insurance-related contractual provisions and advise on insurance matters to Business Development
- Conduct insurance due diligence for M&A activities and ensure smooth integration of acquired companies
- Prepare, manage, and moderate the annual Insurer Days
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in economics or law with an insurance focus
- 5+ years in industrial insurance, brokerage, or international corporate insurance
- Strong expertise in liability and Construction All Risk (CAR) insurance
- Experience managing international insurance programs with global partners
- Excellent understanding of technical and legal contexts in insurance
- Structured, self-organized, results-driven with teamwork, negotiation, and customer orientation
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience integrating AI tools into daily work routines
