Overview
In this role, you will support Exyte's IFRS Consolidated Financial Statements by preparing international tax positions and ensuring compliance across OECD, EU, and local regulations. You will act as a trusted partner for subsidiaries on tax matters and contribute to cross-functional projects to advance growth through robust tax processes. You’ll drive IFRS tax matters, implement regulatory changes in IT systems, and provide analyses to management and auditors. This opportunity blends tax expertise with process improvement in a collaborative team at an international scale.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Prepare International Tax Compliance and Reporting for IFRS consolidated financial statements (quarterly and annual)
- Prepare international tax returns and ensure compliance with requirements
- Manage international tax matters and act as first point of contact for subsidiaries
- Serve as subject matter expert for tax-related IFRS matters
- Implement legislative changes and adapt tax-related IT systems/tools
- Prepare ad hoc tax analyses for Management Board and assist auditors
- Continuously improve tax accounting and compliance processes
Zentrale Anforderungen
- University degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of professional tax experience
- Certified Tax Consultant (Steuerberater) or equivalent
- Extensive experience with IFRS consolidated and HGB individual statements
- Strong expertise in international and corporate taxation
- Proficiency in SAP and tax reporting tools (Global Tax Center)
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
- Independent, proactive, and team-oriented with fluency in English and German
