Discover your exciting roleAs Senior Expert IT Operations (EMEA) (m/f/d), you will play a key role in ensuring the reliable delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of Corporate IT services across the EMEA region. Acting as the central operational interface between business stakeholders, IT Site Managers, Corporate IT teams, and external service providers, you will drive service excellence, coordinate escalations, and promote transparency in IT service performance.In this position, you will provide functional leadership to regional IT Site Managers, aligning priorities, governance, reporting, and service-management practices across multiple locations. You will also contribute to regional IT financial management through budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and the validation of IT-related expenditures.This role is focused on operational governance, service quality, and continuous improvement.
