Your mission is to enable business growth, foster innovation, and ensure that technology becomes a competitive differentiator.Explore Your Tasks And ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement an enterprise technology roadmap that integrates ERP, engineering design, project management, procurement applications, and corporate applications, ensuring alignment with growth strategiesChampion a platform-first approach, maximizing operational efficiency through AI automation and modern digital workflowsOversee strategic projects such as the global S/4 HANA rollout and the implementation of a global HR solutionOptimize the lifecycle management of applications, ensuring seamless data integration and strategic decision-makingCollaborate with business teams to enhance workflows, improve project execution, and ensure IT solutions drive optimal business performanceDrive outsourcing and offshoring strategies, partnering with nearshore and offshore service providersLead and develop 14 teams, focusing on structural optimization, innovation, and professional growthShow Your ExpertiseSuccessfully completed university degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent disciplines (minimum Master’s degree) or comparable experienceAt least 10+ years in IT leadership roles, preferably in EPC, life sciences, semiconductor, or controlled industriesProven success in transforming and modernizing application landscapes and leading large-scale IT modernization projectsExpertise in SAP S/4 HANA, ServiceNow, Autodesk, Microsoft (Azure, M365, Copilot), and industry-specific platforms (BIM, PLM, Digital Twin)Experience in managing global IT projects, facilitating communication between IT and business, and leading geographically distributed teamsPragmatic and solution-oriented with a strong focus on change and transformationStrong leadership skills to develop teams strategically and scale sustainablyProficiency in written and spoken German and English; French or Italian is a plusWhat We Offer YouYour start at Exyte: Take part in a two-day onboarding event with new colleaguesAttractive location: Our location in Stuttgart features spacious workstations with height-adjustable desksBuddy-System: Several weeks of close familiarisation with your colleagues in the teamWork-life balance: There is always the possibility of switching to mobile workingCatering: Free coffee specialities as well as water dispensers are accessible on every floorKeep fit: Exyte subsidises your fitness contract through eGym Wellpass at over 5,000 locations in GermanyContactYou want to be part of the Exyte team?
