Overview
In this role, you will manage the execution of complex EPC projects with a focus on MEP for high-tech facilities. You will work closely with subcontractors, the site team, and customers to keep projects on schedule and to quality standards. You will lead site operations, coordinate participants, plan schedules, and ensure EHS compliance, inspections, and defect resolution. This position offers hands-on leadership on high-tech builds that shape advanced biopharma and data center environments.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Oversee construction management of high-tech industrial projects with MEP focus (e.g., electrical systems)
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and with high quality
- Coordinate subcontractors and act as main technical contact for customers
- Lead on-site team and manage construction participants
- Plan and monitor construction schedules and progress
- Ensure EHS compliance and conduct site inspections
- Record defects and track resolution progress
- Prepare measurements and billing for projects
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Relevant construction qualification (master's or technician) or degree in civil engineering, architecture, building services engineering, or electrical engineering
- Experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, local regulations and standards
- Willingness to travel in D-A-CH and stay on site for about 5 days per project
- Intercultural competence, team spirit, ability to work independently
- Proficiency in German (written and spoken); English is a plus
- Valid German driver's license Class B
