Overview

In this role you lead EPC-style project and construction efforts in the hi-tech sector, partnering with a dedicated team to deliver on safety, schedule, cost and quality. You act as the project’s liaison with corporate management, clients, and contractors, shaping strategy and risk plans. You stay hands-on on-site and drive performance, reporting, and continuous improvement. This opportunity lets you influence large-scale electronic and battery projects and mentor the project team through complex challenges.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Accountable for overall project performance (EHS, schedule, cost, quality) on large EPC projects in electronics and batteries
• Represent corporate management to the project and escalate issues to client, contractor, and team
• Maintain strong client relationships and communicate project status to company management
• Lead on-site project presence and participate in client management reporting meetings
• Identify and mitigate project risks through ongoing planning and execution
• Ensure adherence to corporate procedures, standards, and guidelines across project disciplines
• Define project strategies to achieve goals internally and externally
• Provide guidance, motivation, and example-setting to the project team

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Master degree in Engineering or related field (preferred)
• Extensive EPC project management experience in semiconductors, batteries, or electronics-related industries
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English
• Detailed knowledge of project execution and coordination
• Broad technical understanding of CSA (Civil Structural Architecture) and MEP systems
• Good communication and motivation skills
• PMI certification is an advantage
