Overview

As Commissioning Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary commissioning activities from planning to final QA. You collaborate with clients, contractors, OEMs, and internal teams to ensure staged, compliant execution across Level 1–5. You review designs, run tests, and supervise documentation and issue resolution to satisfy the client and the organization. This role offers hands-on leadership in complex technical environments and a strong focus on EHS compliance and project coordination. You’ll drive outcomes that enable high-quality, on-time project delivery within a collaborative team.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Lead the full commissioning process from planning to QA across Levels 1–5
• Coordinate internal and external partners including contractors, OEMs, engineering teams, and clients
• Review and approve technical designs, specifications, and test procedures for MEP systems
• Execute and supervise functional, integration, and load tests with troubleshooting
• Oversee commissioning arrangements, testing sequences, documentation, and progress tracking with EHS compliance
• Close observations and non-conformities to client and organizational satisfaction

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering or related disciplines
• Many years of commissioning experience with leadership roles
• Strong expertise in commissioning procedures, standards, and certification
• Experience with commissioning of Data Centers or similar complex environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and team interaction
