Overview

As a Senior Spcialist Planner, you will lead end-to-end schedule development and monitoring for complex projects, enabling optimized staffing and risk-informed decisions. You will drive standardization of scheduling processes and coordinate with contractors, forging close collaboration with project teams to meet milestones. You’ll manage Primavera P6 schedules, resource loading, and earned value reporting, contributing to continuous improvement. This role offers engagement with cross-functional teams and a clear impact on project performance and delivery.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Drive standardization of scheduling processes and oversee contracted scheduling services
• Ensure schedules include project resources for staffing and density analysis
• Establish and monitor internal and external schedule performance metrics
• Lead schedule update meetings as required
• Develop and maintain Primavera P6 schedules with WBS, logic, resources, progress, and float management
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure schedule compliance and timely updates
• Support project change and risk management with critical input on schedule implications
• Perform complex schedule development and maintenance tasks in Primavera P6

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or Construction Management
• Proven EPC EPC industry experience with engineering, procurement and contractors
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and coordination skills
• Thorough understanding of scheduling techniques and CPM concepts
• Proficient in Primavera P6
