Overview
In this role you function as the central PMO for planning, control and documentation across complex projects. You will develop integrated schedules, forecast costs, and ensure milestones are met, working closely with project teams, engineering, and clients. Your work drives transparency, structure, and efficiency in project execution and you own cost reporting and document management. This position offers impact through shaping project controls, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering reliable performance updates in a bilingual environment.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop and maintain integrated schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project and monitor progress
- Coordinate with PM, Engineering and stakeholders to align schedules, scope, and deliverables
- Analyze schedule deviations and implement corrective actions to achieve milestones
- Own project cost controlling within Exyte scope: forecasting, resource planning, and P&L tracking
- Manage scope changes, assess commercial impact, and maintain transparent cost reporting
- Process invoices and perform cost controlling activities in SAP
- Serve as primary client contact on cost-related matters, including reporting and updates
- Develop and manage document management systems (e.g., SharePoint): structure, access, user support
- Maintain complete document lifecycle: version control, metadata, workflows, and compliance
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Several years of experience in Project Controls within complex EPC, infrastructure, or construction projects
- Strong expertise in project scheduling (Primavera P6 / MS Project) and cost controlling
- Experience with SAP and document management tools (SharePoint)
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
- Ability to manage multiple project dimensions simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- High level of accountability, reliability, and ownership
- Fluency in German and English
