Regional Mobility Consultant (f/m/d)

As part of our Global Mobility team in Berlin, Frankfurt/Main or Stuttgart, you will join a fast-paced, dynamic team and play a key role in our vision to become the leading global professional services organization. You will take on a wide range of tasks:

• Prepare relocation packages, including cost estimates and assignment contracts, while ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements
• Collaborate with Mobility Consultants and internal departments (Talent, Finance, Tax, Immigration) for effective assignment management and approvals
• Maintain frequent communication with assignees to monitor assignment progress and provide advice on mobility-related queries
• Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders and engage with the virtual Mobility support team to ensure efficient delivery of mobility services
• Identify process improvements, resolve mobility-related issues, and assist in data management and compensation data collection as needed

• Strong knowledge and experience in international mobility policies, processes, and systems, along with relevant tax and immigration legislation
• Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external clients, businesses, and assignees
• Prioritize and manage workload effectively during busy periods
• Adaptability and an openness to new and diverse challenges
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
