The opportunity
Our Tax Mobility business focuses on people management, with a vision to assist clients in managing the complexities of deploying a globally mobile workforce. We help navigate compliance, reporting, and risk management.
As part of the global team, this group benefits from strategic investments and anticipates significant growth in the short to medium term. You will lead and contribute to special advisory projects (e.g., business traveler services, equity-based compensation advice, mobility technology) while ensuring technical excellence and a practical, business-driven approach. You will manage global services for a large Swiss multinational organization and lead a compliance and advisory team based in Switzerland.
Your key responsibilities
- Manage tax compliance projects, including planning, scheduling, coordinating, and communicating with global tax teams.
- Handle engagements and perform tasks such as tax briefings, research, liaising with authorities, and reviewing tax returns.
- Maintain day-to-day client relationships, ensuring high-quality service.
- Coach and develop team members.
Skills and attributes for success
- A Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Law or Economics.
- Minimum of 8 years\‘ experience in consultancy, focusing on global personal income tax services; experience in cross-border tax and social security matters is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are beneficial.
- Experience managing large, global coordination clients.
- Ability to provide international tax and social security planning.
- Experience developing large global networks.
- Excellent organizational skills and flexibility to meet client and department needs.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality, accurate work.
- Team player with good communication skills and a quick learning ability.
