Eye Security is a fast-growing international scale-up providing cybersecurity with embedded cyber insurance to organizations in Europe.
We’re a lean team in a high growth phase, hiring across Europe, HQ in the Netherlands.
We’re on the lookout for an HR Partner to join our international People & Talent team to support further growth.
What you will do:

Build – first and foremost this is a building role, you will work closely with the SVP People and Talent on road mapping People products that meet both employee and business needs.

Master of your craft – you are passionate about HR and People topics, and well-read on how the world of work is evolving. You want an environment where you are able to shape culture, launch meaningful People programs, and have the freedom to experiment.

Geographically – You will be the POC for all hires in the Netherlands and must have demonstrated expertise working in the country.

Business – you will be the primary business partner for the technical vertical (security operations, product, engineering) internationally.

Coach and support leaders – Spar with leaders and employees for both ad hoc discussions and strategic decisions. You are comfortable with stakeholders at all levels, able to balance the big picture with employee needs during scaling.

Employee experience – you are passionate about creating impactful People infrastructure, like retention strategies, onboarding, performance frameworks, promotion processes, compensation reviews, and offboarding.

Cross-departmental collaboration – Partner with the Director of Talent and Learning & Development Manager on company-wide initiatives (performance & development, workforce planning, succession planning) and People Operations on tooling and touchpoints used by managers and employees.

Scaling expertise – you have a holistic view of HR and understand the lifecycle; you leverage this as the foundation to building scalable people processes across the people function.
What you will need:

You have expertise in performance management, leadership development, and change management, including designing frameworks and navigating complex organizational transformation.

You have a collaborative coaching mindset; you are passionate about empowering employees and leaders to bring their best.

You’ve done this before – you have worked as an independent HRBP in the tech scale-up before, supporting geographically distributed teams.

You’re a self-starter with a „can-do” attitude; getting your hands dirty is part of building solid foundations.

You are knowledgeable about German labor law as it applies to day-to-day business; you also know when to get an expert.

Business proficiency in German and English (C1 level for both).

You’re open to work in a hybrid setup (1-3 days from our office in Berlin) and to travel internationally (max. 1 x per quarter).
