Eye Security is a fast growing international scale up providing cybersecurity with embedded cyber insurance to organizations in Europe.
We’re a lean team in a high growth phase, hiring across Europe, HQ in the Netherlands.
We’re on a lookout for People Operations Specialist to join our international People & Talent team to support further growth.
This is a part time job – 3-4 days a week.
What you will do:

Employee experience: Oversee employee support ensuring fast and efficient turn-around and best-in-class employee experience

HR Operations for all of our locations with primary focus on Germany (you will be SME for Germany based hires): Employee records & employment documentations, Benefits & Leaves administration, payroll, Administrative onboarding and offboarding, Payroll, Policies

Programs and initiatives: identify trends, create programs and policies (where relevant) and help us bring them to life

Process and tools: bring a scientist approach to tooling and processes, innovate where these should be automated and standardized to maximize employee experience

Identify and implement key metrics to monitor and report on employee questions and on your team’s efficiency

Monitor and report on policy usage & trends
What you will need:
-
You’ve done this role before – you have experience working in high-growth, international tech scale ups, working with geographically distributed teams

You understand well German payroll and administrative processed, ideally you have experience with other locations within Europe

You’re a self-starter, with a “can-do” attitude and thrive in a growth/scale-up environment
-
You know how to build things for scale, and you’re not afraid to create things from scratch
-
You’re fluent in English (C1/C2) and German (C2)

You’re open to work in a hybrid model in Berlin (we mostly work remotely) and can travel internationally (est. 1 x per quarter)
