Eye Security is a fast-growing international scale-up providing cybersecurity with embedded cyber insurance to organizations in Europe.

We’re a lean team in a high growth phase, hiring across Europe, with HQ in the Netherlands.

We’re on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Partner, specialized in GTM & Business hiring, to join our international People & Talent team to support further growth. The role is available for a 1-year contract.

What you will do:

  1. End to End Recruitment Process: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for GTM (go to market) and business roles internationally, manage the end-to-end recruitment process (from scoping the role, to setting up the process, to building the pipeline, to closing the candidate).

  2. Stakeholder Partnership & Advisory: Serve as an advisor to internal stakeholders to deeply understand business strategies and talent needs for today and the future.

  3. Data & Insights: Use relevant recruitment metrics and analytics to optimize hiring processes, tell the story with data, present strategic and operational recommendations to business leaders (from where to hire, to how to nurture the talent, among other things).

  4. Employer Branding: Support and/or lead selected employer branding activities (including virtual and in-person events, Employer Branding campaigns, content, and more).

  5. 5 Star Experience: Provide outstanding candidate and hiring experience to anyone you’re working with (from your internal stakeholders to candidates and talent prospects).

What you will need:

  1. You have done this before – you have worked in a high-growth international scale-up and you enjoyed building from scratch or re-building for scale.

  2. You have experience working as an end-to-end recruiter within the GTM and business space (e.g., sales, marketing, business development, partnerships) and you’re open to work.

  3. Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, tools, and best practices.

  4. A proactive, adaptable, and innovative approach to solving hiring challenges.

  5. Business proficiency in English (C2/C1).

  6. You’re open to work in a hybrid setup (1-2 days from our office in Berlin or The Hague) and to travel internationally (max. 1 x per quarter).
