Compensation and Benefits Specialist – Remote

After your morning routine, you’ll be expected to…

  • Develop and Implement Compensation Strategies:

  • Design and implement compensation structures and salary bands that attract and retain high-caliber talent across EMEA and the US.

  • Analyze market data and conduct benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning of compensation programs.

  • Provide recommendations on pay practices, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentives, in line with regional and global guidelines.

Manage Benefits Programs:

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of comprehensive benefits programs for employees in EMEA and the US.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to evaluate and negotiate benefits plans, such as healthcare, retirement, wellness, and flexible work arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and legislative requirements related to employee benefits.

Conduct Compensation and Benefits Analysis:

  • Conduct regular data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on compensation and benefits metrics and findings to support data-driven decision-making by senior leadership.

Collaborate with HR and Finance Teams:

  • Partner with HR and finance teams to ensure effective integration of compensation and benefits programs with other HR and payroll systems.
  • Provide guidance and support on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations, promotions, and incentive plans

What you bring to the table…

  • Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Consultant, with a focus on both the EMEA market and the US.
  • Solid understanding of compensation practices, benefits design, and global mobility programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements related to compensation and benefits in EMEA and the US.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data and metrics.
  • Experience with compensation benchmarking and market analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
