If working remotely isn't for you, we also have two offices (Cologne and Berlin) that you can choose to work from. What you'll do
In this position you'll build a best-in-class international team for a fast-growing profitable tech firm. We're looking for a candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset to produce outstanding results. Reporting to the VP of Strategy, Operations and Corporate Development who sits in the Executive Management team, you will be part of a small but mighty team responsible for supporting the company's growth in strategy development, operational excellence and corporate development. The role is wide, impactful and no two days will be the same. After your morning routine, you'll be expected to:
- Strategy analyses: Partner with your VP and other cross-functional leaders to set the vision, strategy, goals and priorities for eyeo. This will require in-depth market, technical and/or quantitative analysis.
- Project management: Manage cross-functional projects and teams to deploy value creation levers with eyeo leaders.
- Sales operations: Take the lead in setting up a central sales operations function working closely with sales leads. You will lead a team of 2-3 individuals here.
- Transformation: Support transformation initiatives (e.g. organizational changes).
- Process management: Lead projects to review, create and/or improve core processes across the group (e.g. in partnership with Finance, HR).
- Metrics: Review, create, improve and/or monitor KPIs as well as associated processes and tools to monitor and report performance. Strong collaboration with business, data and financial stakeholders will be required.
- Accountability: Develop and coordinate the governance and accountability models; contribute to and monitor metrics dashboards and reporting cadences, ensuring key leaders always have the right information in front of them to champion data-driven decisions; prepare content for regular business reviews.
- M&A: Contribute to the search for M&A targets and to Post-Merger Integration projects.
What you bring to the table…
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in business operations, and/or strategy/corporate development, and/or strategy/operations consulting.
- Successful track record as strategy and operations manager, including Sales operations and improvement projects and M&A execution and integration.
- An unrelenting passion for improving operations and processes.
- Solid understanding of the software and technology industry.
- Outstanding strategic thinking, communication, and analysis skills required.
- Bachelor's degree required.

- Professional experience in both Europe and the US.
- Expertise in online advertising technology, online publishing, and/or web browsers.
- MSc/MBA in business administration or relevant field.
