Associate Scientist – Pharmaceutical Development Responsibilities
Planning and coordination of laboratory work packages with support from the Pharmaceutical Project Leader and peers. Writing study protocols and reports for parenteral drug product formulation and process development (Phase 0 to Phase 3). Executing hands‑on laboratory studies on large biological molecules, small synthetic molecules, and gene therapies. Independent analysis, interpretation, and presentation of results. Planning timing, instrument use, analytical methods, materials, and sample logistics to ensure robust, timely sample flow and storage. Maintaining high quality standards in study planning, execution and data handling, ensuring proper documentation, data integrity, and adherence to ALCOA+ and FAIR data principles. Qualifications
Completed apprenticeship as a chemical or biological laboratory technician (CTA, BTA or related field). Proven knowledge and hands‑on laboratory experience. High degree of self‑motivation, curiosity, and commitment to quality. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong team‑player attitude. Interest in new ways of working and acting as a change agent. Fluent in English (written and spoken); German language skills are a plus. Appointment
