In this role, you will define and execute the global digital and operational excellence strategy for the Drug Product (DP) network, ensuring manufacturing priorities align closely with enterprise goals. Drive Digital Strategy & Advanced Analytics: Lead the Digital Roadmap for the DP network, establishing robust data governance and steering the AI translation and transition roadmap to accelerate digital adoption. Digital & Strategic Acumen: A proven track record of defining and executing digital transformation roadmaps, including advanced data analytics and AI implementation. Business & Financial Expertise: Deep understanding of the end‑to‑end value chain and profit and loss (P&L) management, with significant experience governing large operational and capital budgets.
