Finance Enterprise Partner – Roche Diagnostics Austria Responsibilities
Serve as a key business partner, co‑leading customer journey touchpoints with an enterprise‑wide mindset. Balance resource allocation across competing priorities and advise on the financial impact of business initiatives. Collaborate on developing affiliate strategies, business planning, and creative revenue‑generation models. Engage with FEP communities to adopt and implement global best practices locally. Drive profitability by identifying upsell opportunities, reducing risks, and improving operational efficiency. Translate complex financial data into compelling storyboard presentations for executive decision‑making. Lead and facilitate cross‑functional workshops and events to strengthen team engagement. Apply end‑to‑end thinking to radically simplify workflows, from deal calculation to contract monitoring. Competencies & Qualifications
Commercial and customer‑centric mindset, ability to integrate financial and operational information into a holistic picture. Understanding of corporate finance, financial modelling, insights collection & trend prognosis. Knowledge of data modelling to guide decision‑making, solve problems, and provide analytical insight. Strategic thinking; ability to translate business goals into financial plans. High social competence, accurate and efficient communication in English (German is a plus). 2–5 years of experience in finance, ideally in a sales‑focused or commercial role, familiarity with SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
