As an integral part of Pharma Technical Operations (PT), PT Global MSAT, Engineering and Sustainability (PTT) plays a key role in leading a seamless industrialization and thorough technical product management through integrating SHE, proactive maintenance, facility fitness, performance optimization and scalable manufacturing processes and technologies in support of the manufacturing network. The Senior Strategic Technical Integrator, reporting to the Global Head of DP MSAT, serves as a high-impact integrator. This role is focused on the most complex, high-stakes technology deployments across the network, driving tangible technical results. You simultaneously champion Technical Product Health to ensure robustness, reliability, and compliance across the commercial portfolio. The Opportunity
Lead high-stakes technology deployments from inception to full-scale operational readiness, ensuring seamless integration into the manufacturing environment. Act as technical advisor for Technical Product Health, ensuring robustness and reliability are maintained and improved across the commercial portfolio. Resolve complex technical blockers and interdependencies by bridging the gap between CAPEX engineering, production, IT, and site leadership. Drive the implementation of process-centric robotics, automation, and digital initiatives, leveraging data analytics and AI/ML to translate complex datasets into actionable operational improvements. Act as change agent, championing new methodologies and influencing mindsets to catalyze organizational shifts across the global manufacturing network. Define success criteria and monitor post-implementation technical effectiveness to ensure full value realization and operational stability. Qualifications
PhD in a scientific/engineering discipline with 10+ years of industrial experience. Proven success in high-level strategic execution and technical leadership in a GMP environment. Exceptionally comfortable navigating high-level ambiguity and matrix complexity; self-starter with a growth mindset; capable of driving outcomes without direct authority. Deep proficiency in E2E sterile DP technology, thorough familiarity with Annex 1 and ICH requirements. Proven ability to navigate the unique technical and operational challenges of both internal manufacturing sites and external CDMO networks. Strong technical know-how in robotics, automation, and digital manufacturing; proven expertise in leveraging data analytics and AI/ML for strategic technical insights. Exceptional project management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives. Demonstrated resilience in challenging the status quo and navigating resistance; deep commitment to diversity and cultural awareness within a global corporate environment.
