Position Summary
As Head of RIS Market Adoption, you lead the uptake of Roche Information Solutions (RIS) from pilot to global scale. Your focus is on overcoming market barriers, integrating solutions into commercial frameworks, and generating ROI through commercial evidence. You collaborate with Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Strategy teams and other partners across the organization to shape adoption blueprints, design scalable clinician engagement models and ensure compliance with local data residency policies. Key Responsibilities
Coach, develop, and manage the Market Adoption team, fostering high‑performance culture and succession planning. Develop commercial insights and accelerate market success by analyzing financial flows and emerging market dynamics. Design and execute revenue and payer strategies, establishing innovative models to capture value. Lead commercial evidence generation in partnership with the Clinical Evidence team. Provide strategic clinical guidance to enable commercialisation and scale of digital solutions. Identify and pursue market shaping opportunities with a long‑term perspective. Ensure IT readiness, data‑residency compliance, and regulatory adherence across all regions. Define and enforce scalable customer‑success practices globally to maintain satisfaction and uptake. Collaborate with Global Business Development / Partnering to advance adoption initiatives. Leverage data‑driven learning for continuous product improvement. Apply business acumen across finance, sales, and legal aspects to inform product decisions. Maintain an owner’s mindset and advocate for customers across the product lifecycle. Drive results‑oriented development and process optimisation for quality and scalability. Who You Are – Core Qualifications
15+ years of overall commercial experience in healthcare, including software and IVD product commercialization. Proven experience as General Manager or Business Unit Manager in a local affiliate. Experience owning end‑to‑end commercialization: marketing, sales, implementation, and support. Track record of driving SaaS adoption from pilot to significant revenue. In‑depth laboratory workflow expertise and clinical decision‑making insight. Credibility with international key‑account stakeholders and product‑lifecycle framework. Successful management of large‑scale installations in integrated hospital networks or laboratory chains. Strategic vision, ability to design digital acceleration strategies and compensation plans aligned with revenue targets. Preferred Qualifications & Leadership Traits
Results‑oriented leader capable of setting goals, executing strategies, and measuring outcomes. Experience leading diverse, agile teams and fostering continuous improvement.
