This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience, influence strategy, and shape a truly inclusive environment. Country Impact Network & Community Enablement: Serve as a central point of contact for Roche’s country Impact Networks (Business/Employee Resource Groups) in Switzerland; assist with resource allocation, cultural‑awareness day preparation, and communications support. Project Management & Operations: Assist in solving problems and key deliverables; actively fuel day‑to‑day actions with the support of AI systems and methods. Engagement & Communication: Support the preparation of engagement moments with networks, internal and external events; take care of follow‑up activities, success measurements, and social‑media activities. Candidate Profile

Education: Currently enrolled in a Master’s program, ideally in Psychology, Business Administration, Sociology, Human Resources, Global Studies, or related fields; or you have graduated within the last 12 months. Analytical Capability: Comfortable handling data, identifying trends, and translating numbers into clean, digestible PowerPoint/Google Slides narratives. Organization: Strong structured thinking with the ability to manage multiple overlapping tasks in a fast‑paced, matrixed corporate environment.
