The Position Our Innovation Lab belongs to the Pharma Site (PS) Organization in Basel and Kaiseraugst (Switzerland) and is a member of the broader Roche’s Innolab Network. We connect external and internal innovation needs, explore new ideas and create new business opportunities. Innovation Lab is where applied methodological expertise meets with real business needs. We are looking for a junior crew member with a passion for the innovation space who desires to work with us and support our administrative work and operations. The opportunity – Support our daily operations, manage and organize our events and activities – Create workshop and communication contents, design slide decks and produce our video material – Maintain and further develop our innovation offerings – Help us to maintain and improve our collaboration tools and internal processes – Gain understanding for innovation frameworks and programs – Play an active role in the further development of our Innovation Lab and its network – Get an insight into a diverse field of innovation at Roche – Realize your visions and ideas (possibly with the background of your bachelor's or master's thesis) Who you are – You are an enrolled student in a Bachelor or Master’s degree and you are fluent in German and English – Interest for innovation management and excitement to organize, host and potentially to facilitate workshop and events – First understanding of innovation & customer-centric methodologies e.g. design thinking and lean start-up and past work experience in administrative and operational activities are an advantage – Passion and affinity for story telling as well as to design, structure, produce and formulate content – Seize opportunities, even in daily tasks perceived as repetitive Technical requirements – You are fluent in German and English – CV and Motivation Letter (including desired start date and duration) – A certificate of enrollment (if you are currently studying) We optionally invite you to submit a link to a short video in your motivation letter (no longer than 3 minutes) to compliment your application that answers the following questions: – What is your personal touch point with innovation or intrapreneurship? – How does your personal goals align with this career opportunity?
