The Position
As an RLX Business Product Owner (BPO), you will play a pivotal role in delivering a performant and reliable OS to our clients. In this role, you will serve as the Global Business Technology Process Owner for Linux-based technologies used as a foundation of Diagnostic Solutions. This role will leverage advanced diagnostic technologies and identify new industry trends within Roche IT to enable a foundational Operating System.
The Opportunity:
- You will oversee the usage and demand of functionalities towards the linux operating system of client projects.
- You will define a strategy for maintaining and supporting systems and platforms. Lead or participate on interdepartmental teams, process improvements, or new system design and make informed decisions on software issues in collaboration with key stakeholders, abiding by system requirements.
- You will regularly evaluate business use of the software and training materials to ensure alignment according to intended use.
- You will lead or participate in global cross-functional User Group Forums including partners in DIA and IT. Influence and direct future innovation through opportunities with interdepartmental and industry collaborations.
- Provides in-depth global subject matter expertise and support the implementation of the fit for purpose innovative solutions, including the information framework supporting the E2E process through the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Who you are:
- You have a bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or comparable practical experience.
- 10+ years of experience in digital tools and platforms management, basic coding knowledge, and understanding of UX/UI design principles. 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Experience with validated or controlled environments required.
- You have strong negotiation skills and are used to being held accountable for budget matters.
- You know regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, FDA) and Quality Systems.
- You have a broad knowledge in delivering digital solutions, including Project and Stakeholder Management.
- Experienced in customizing, administering, and distributing Operating Systems.
- You can seamlessly blend into agile frameworks like Scrum/SAFe (Certification beneficial).
