Join Our Team as SAP Senior Consultant HCM (m/w/d) at Faber-Castell Group

We are seeking a dedicated SAP Senior Consultant HCM (all gender) to join our team at Faber-Castell AG in Stein near Nuremberg. This full-time position involves:

1. Managing and developing our SAP HCM system landscape, including modules PA, PY, PT, OM, ESS/MSS, and interfaces.
2. Supporting SAP add-ons like Centric, HR.dat.copy, and non-SAP applications such as HR-Portal, Nintex, and Power Apps.
3. Advising on automation and implementation within the Power Platform.
4. Consulting HR on technical solutions for business requirements.
5. Analyzing, designing, implementing, and customizing SAP HCM solutions.
6. Conducting system consolidations, reorganizations, upgrades, and release changes.
7. Managing the transition to S/4 HANA.
8. Potentially leading a global HCM system project and participating in international HR-IT projects.
9. Overseeing external service providers.

**Qualifications:**

• Degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification, with significant SAP HCM consulting experience.
• Proficiency in customizing modules such as PA, PY, PT, OM, ESS/MSS.
• Extensive ABAP development experience and knowledge of SAP authorizations.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and willingness to further develop in this area.
• Experience with Power Platform tools like Power Automate and Power Apps, and other HR digitalization solutions.
• Excellent O365 skills, including PowerApps and Microsoft Flow.
• Fluent in German and at least good command of English.
• Strong communication skills, service orientation, and a structured, precise work approach.
• Team-oriented with willingness to travel.
