Recruiter (m/w/d)

As an important sparring partner, you are the contact person and consultant for recruitment at PAKi (Ennepetal) and vPOOL (Wörnitz). You are a committed and experienced recruiter (m/f/d) who supports our companies in the search for personnel. You will act as an interface between the two locations and provide support with standardization and optimization.

Who you are

• A successfully completed degree with a focus on human resources or comparable training with additional qualifications
• Several years of practical experience in the full recruiting process including active sourcing
• High sense of responsibility
• Confident written and spoken German and English skills
• Good knowledge of labor law and operational HR processes
• Good intuition for people and a positive, communicative and confident demeanor
• Willingness to travel to Wörnitz

• Responsibility for national and international recruiting for the companies PAKi Logistics and vPOOL
• Carrying out recruiting activities to attract talent across Europe
• Identifying and approaching suitable candidates via various channels (e.g. job portals, social networks, direct approach)
• Conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews
• Collaboration with departments and HR business partners to define requirement profiles
• Support and further development of the applicant management system
• Participation in career fairs and other recruiting events
• Preparation of regular reports and analyses on the recruiting status
