At Façades Techniques SA, we design and deliver innovative ventilated façade solutions for new construction and renovation projects in French-speaking Switzerland.

A human-sized company based in Mont-sur-Lausanne, we are looking for a Project Manager capable of overseeing projects from award to final acceptance of the works.

Ventilated Façade Project Manager As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the complete management of the projects entrusted to you.

You ensure their technical, financial and operational management by guaranteeing compliance with costs, deadlines, quality and safety.

Your main responsibilities: Project management Take charge of projects from their award.

Define the execution strategy and establish the overall planning.

Ensure overall monitoring of the schedule, budget and resources.

Identify risks and implement necessary corrective actions.

Provide regular reporting to management.

Technical studies and coordination Analyse execution files and contractual requirements.

Participate in technical meetings with clients, architects and representatives.

Develop execution plans and technical details.

Validate construction solutions and ensure their compliance with current standards.

Monitor changes and additional works.

Purchasing and supplier management Consult, select and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.

Place orders and ensure their follow-up.

Control supply deadlines and delivery compliance.

Optimise costs while ensuring quality of services.

Site supervision Organise and coordinate the interventions of assembly teams.

Participate in site meetings.

Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality and safety requirements.

Support team leaders in resolving on-site issues.

Ensure intermediate and final acceptance of works.

Financial management Establish and monitor the budget of each project.

Control costs incurred and project margin.

Prepare work situations, measurements and payment requests.

Manage amendments and additional works.

The ideal candidate: Education: Federal VET Diploma in construction (metal construction, draughtsman, carpenter, etc.) complemented by higher education, Technician ES, Bachelor HES, engineer or equivalent training in building, civil engineering, architecture or building envelope fields.

Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in construction project management in Switzerland.

Proven experience in building envelope, façades, metal construction or a similar field.

Experience in financial monitoring of projects and site management.

Technical skills: Excellent understanding of construction techniques and building envelope.

Knowledge of ventilated façade systems (a major asset).

Proficiency in Auto CAD and i CAD (a plus).

Good command of Microsoft Office suite.

Mastery of planning and project monitoring tools.

Ability to read and understand execution plans.
