For our Gland-Vich dealership, we are recruiting a: Workshop Planner / After-Sales Service Advisor Full-time position (100%), start immediately or as agreed Your main tasks: You schedule workshop appointments for optimal organisation, manage telephone calls.
You assist the customer in their procedures by providing advice and offer our service packages.
You organise and coordinate the transmission and drafting of after-sales service information.
You ensure that all necessary resources are planned for the smooth running of scheduled operations.
You ensure customer satisfaction through optimal reception quality.
Develop customer loyalty, maintain it and play a decisive role in advising and selling services (for example, service packages, maintenance contracts) and products (parts and accessories) for automobiles.
Conclude contracts, guarantee the registration and billing processes from reception to vehicle delivery.
