Introduction
As Sales Representative at FactFinder, you will be taking on responsibility from day one. Primarily, you will work on the strategic acquisition of new customers in DACH. You will have a lot of creative freedom within a few basic guidelines, which require a high level of professionalism and discipline.
Your mission
- Proactively prospect, identify, qualify and develop a sales pipeline for a dedicated customer set (region or vertical)
- Close business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives
- Develop and orchestrate sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities
- Lead large and complex sales cycles at C-Level and key decision makers
- Work through client challenges to understand the organization’s business drivers, challenges, and pain points
- Deliver against revenue targets and all key performance metrics by converting opportunities into sales
Your profile
- 3+ years of field sales quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive SaaS market with a focus on new business
- Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of complex SaaS technology
- A track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
- Skilled in building business champions/mobilizers relationships
- Outgoing with strong client-facing experience and ability to influence and convince key decision makers at all levels
- Experience utilizing Salesforce on a daily basis to manage activity, leads, follow-up, and pipeline
- Driven and competitive, possessing a strong desire to be successful
- Hunter mindset
- Skilled in managing time and resources with a sound approach to qualifying opportunities
- Strong teamwork skills and a high sense of responsibility
- Fluent in German and English
