Introduction
As our Account Executive for the Italian market, you'll own the full customer lifecycle for FactFinder in Italy: winning new business through full-funnel selling, then managing, retaining, and growing those accounts as a trusted success partner — with some partnership responsibilities along the way.
You'll sell to and advise eCommerce managers and decision-makers, run engaging discovery and demos, close deals, and then steer the relationship post-sale — onboarding, driving adoption, and uncovering expansion opportunities.
You understand the challenges facing Italian eCommerce organizations: scaling personalization across large catalogs, delivering relevant search across markets and languages, and proving ROI to leadership. You're comfortable managing complex customer relationships end-to-end and thrive with autonomy.

Your mission
New Business (full-funnel):
- Prospect, qualify, and close new Italian eCommerce customers end-to-end
- Sell to eCommerce managers and decision-makers; run tailored discovery and demos of FactFinder's AI-powered search, personalization, recommendations, and merchandising
- Build business cases demonstrating ROI and competitive differentiation; manage deals through to signature
- Own the post-sale relationship: onboarding, adoption, retention, and renewals
- Manage complex, ongoing customer relationships (not just onboarding) as the trusted Italian-speaking point of contact
- Identify and drive expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Support selected partnership activities relevant to the Italian market
- Represent FactFinder at Italian industry events and roundtables
- Provide market intelligence on Italian buyer trends and competitive positioning
- Forecast and manage your pipeline with discipline
Your profile
- 2–6 years in a commercial role – full-cycle sales (AE) and/or customer success in B2B SaaS/tech; the range is open, so stronger or more experienced candidates are welcome too
- Full-funnel capability – you can both win new business and manage/grow existing accounts; you're not a pure farmer or CSM-only profile
- eCommerce selling – ideally you've sold to eCommerce managers/decision-makers and understand digital commerce
- Business-fluent Italian – you can run and steer customer conversations effectively in Italian; strong English as well
- Relationship depth – you build trust and manage complex, ongoing customer relationships over time
- Consultative seller – familiarity with MEDDPICC or a similar methodology is a plus
- Autonomous & growth-minded – self-directed, resilient, and excited to grow with the Italian market
